What is Abundance?
Abundance lifestyle home is an initiative that unleashes the expression of the body and brings contentment to the mind and fulfillment to the spirit.
Nestled in hills of Kobe, Japan, Abundance is a luxurious multi-cultural wellbeing studio.
We offer a complete journey that integrates the body, mind and soul through Mantra & Hatha Yoga, Bollywood Dance, Detox programs, Healthy Vegetarian Cooking, Soul Healing and Yoga & Dance Retreats.
Believing we are at our best when both physical and mental health is aligned, Abundance focuses on strengthening the body and mind. Here we provide not just classes, but a vibrant community.
You will meet people from different cultures, countries and backgrounds which will enrich your life. With lessons taught simultaneously in English and Japanese, you will feel at home no matter where in the world you are from.
Visit us for an experience of overall mindfulness and Abundance of energy.
“WE VOW, TO LIVE AND TO LOVE IN SERVICE OF OTHERS,
REMEMBERING THAT WE ARE WHAT WE SEEK.”
Who are we?
From performing yoga and dance at Kyoto’s Shoryuji temple to organizing retreats across Kansai’s Mt. Kurama, Himeji and Kita-Ku Ozo, we have also performed at Kobe's Ikuta shrine and at the heart of the city, the Sankita-hiroba square.
Being part of the executive committee of the International Yoga Day supported by the Indian Consulate of Osaka, Japan, we led thousands of participants to Yoga in Osaka city, Wakayama prefecture - the holy Mt. Koya, Kobe Merikan Park and various yoga workshops in Kyoto and Nara.
We began spreading the spirit and the richness of Indian culture through Abundance lifestyle home in Japan since 2015.
We are active members of the organizing committee of India Mela Kobe, which is held every year and gathers nearly 40,000 people.
We are currently chairing the Yoga day Kobe which is held in September every year.
